Tips when calling
Nomad Tech Support

We've all been there -- on the phone working with tech support to resolve an issue. At Nomad, we have a variety of support strategies to troubleshoot a problem.

To assist with the diagnosis, please be sure to have the following items before calling Nomad Tech Support:
  • The Nomad system serial number.
  • A clear understanding of what is happening.
  • A list of what you've done to try to troubleshoot the issue.
  • If at all possible, be in front of the system when calling for support.
  • Lastly, be sure the system is plugged in and turned on. (You'd be surprised how often we encounter this as the source of a problem.)

Nomad technicians are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, to help with your questions.
