Nomad AV Systems boast an exceptional track record of reliability. However, component failure and other technical issues are impossible to eliminate entirely. In order to minimize the effect of technical difficulties, our experienced support representatives utilize a variety of support strategies to ensure your Nomad system is up and running as quickly as possible.

Access to Online Training

Regardless of their technical aptitude, our online training provides end-users with video content that allows them to learn the capabilities of a particular Nomad AV System. Step-by-step instructions show how to use each function the system has to offer.

Troubleshooting Assistance

The first step to resolving a technical issue is identifying the source of the problem. Because Nomad systems are designed and integrated using standardized components and methods, our support team is able to help you follow systematic troubleshooting procedures to quickly locate the problem.

Over-the-Phone Repair Walkthrough

Nomad systems are supported by the same team that designs and integrates them. In doing so, nobody is more capable of providing step-by-step instructions on how to fix them. Thanks to strict documentation of each Nomad system and years of experience, our support team is able walk a member of your staff through even the most complex repairs.

Replacement Parts

If a defective component is the source of a problem, we will help get a replacement to you as soon as possible. In some situations, we will provide a loaner component to stand in and get your Nomad system functioning normally while new or repaired parts are in transit.

On-Site Repair Labor

In order to offer nationwide on-site labor for repairs to Nomad systems, we maintain access to a network of support technicians that is able to provide coverage to every zip code in the United States. Nomad’s support team provides local technicians with step-by-step instructions on how to resolve technical issues at your location, so the burden of on-site labor is not put on your internal support staff.

Every Nomad AV System comes with a five-year Standard Warranty. This initial warranty includes all the services described above.

Nomad customers have the option of purchasing Extended Warranty coverage for their AV systems for an additional two years. The Extended Warranty offers all of the same services that were provided with the initial five-year warranty.

We have defined the life cycle of a Nomad system at seven years, so this is a great way to ensure that a Nomad AV System will stay in good working order throughout the life of that system.
